Saftely driving at an airport requires all visitors to use extreme caution and observe airport rules. Please help us ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all by observing the following safety rules:
Yield to All Aircraft
Airplanes always have the right of way. Pull aside and allow the airplane to pass.Observe the Speed Limit
The maximum allowable speed at Hicks Airfield is 15 mph.Don't Drive on the Runway
Taxiways are marked with a solid yellow center-line. Do not drive on the runway which is painted with white markings.Don't Drive on the Grass
Grass areas are designated safety zones. Driving in the grass could cause you to collide with landing or departing aircraft.
